Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
₹100 will be deducted as a shipping charge in case of product return
🎥 Important: Unboxing Video Required for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must send an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue (if any).
Without this video, we will not accept any return or refund request.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 days, contact us.
